PSA conducts research, evaluation, policy analysis, and program/organizational planning in a wide array of content areas. 


PSA carries out consulting and technical assistance; needs assessments; and cross-sectional and longitudinal studies of implementation, outcomes, and impact.  Many PSA projects focus on services for disadvantaged populations, including low-income families and communities.
