New Report on Parent Engagement in Schools
This PSA report, developed for Children’s Aid of New York City (CA), is the culminating implementation and impact report for the i3-funded Parent Leadership Initiative (PLI). The report provides summary findings on the development of the PLI throughout the grant period with a focus on understanding the successes and challenges that CA staff encountered in integrating a parent-focused initiative into six community schools located in the South Bronx. The impact study compares academic performance and engagement of the six PLI schools with 18 comparison schools in the district.
