Professional Development
Professional development for teachers, administrators, and other education personnel is the backbone of improved learning for students. PSA's evaluation and research studies in professional development seek to find out what promotes educators' professional growth. It builds educators' capacity to design, implement, and evaluate programs to improve teacher quality.
